Ordering & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship from Europe to various countries. However, we currently do not ship directly to the UK. For UK customers, our local partner, Siren's Amphora handles shipments.
How long does shipping take?
- Within Europe (EU): 3–7 working days
- United States: 20–25 working days (weekly dispatches on Fridays)
When are US orders shipped?
Orders to the US are dispatched weekly on Fridays, so please factor this into your expected delivery time.
European orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express options may be available for certain regions. If you need your wine urgently, please contact us before placing your order.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the destination and quantity of bottles ordered. To make shipping more worthwhile, we recommend ordering in multiples of 3 bottles. Exact costs will be calculated at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How many bottles should I order to make shipping worthwhile to the US?
We recommend ordering in multiples of 3, 6, or 12 bottles, as our forwarder specializes in these case sizes, making shipping more efficient to the United States.
Do your wines come in wooden gift boxes?
The majority of them do, but for example our “For Deep Divers” bundle ships without a gift box—perfect for those refilling their wine fridge or keeping a special bottle for themselves. There are just a couple of countries where we can not ship with gift boxes, but this is mentioned at the checkout.
Products & Aging Process
What makes your wine special?
Our wines are aged underwater, where the sea’s natural movement, temperature stability, and pressure create a unique aging environment. This results in smoother textures and intensified flavors, making each bottle one of a kind.
Are the bottles affected by the ocean?
Yes! Each bottle emerges with a one-of-a-kind marine patina, influenced by the underwater environment. Some even have shells or coral-looking creatures attached, making them truly collectible.
What happens when a vintage sells out?
Once a vintage is gone, it’s gone. There are a few exceptions when we might have some bottles hidden away. If you have a very good reason, we might give it to you ;)
Consuming & Storing Your Wine
Should I let the wine breathe before drinking?
Yes! We recommend aerating the wine before consumption, as our bottles are securely sealed and need time to open up. Decanting the wine for 20-30 minutes will enhance its aromas and flavors.
How should I store the wine?
Store your bottles in a cool, dark place with a stable temperature, ideally between 12-15°C (54-59°F).
Does the marine patina affect storage?
No, the marine patina is purely aesthetic. However, if you prefer a cleaner bottle, gently wipe the exterior with a dry cloth.

What is ‘For Deep Divers’?
It’s a bundle offer for those who are already committed to quality or just need a refill. These packs ship without wooden boxes—because you won’t want to give them away anyway!
What’s the treasure hunt about?
We’re launching a global treasure hunt! Some wine corks have longitude and latitude coordinates printed on them. If you find two corks with different coordinates, you’re eligible for the hunt. The first person to arrive at the marked location wins a special wine-tasting pack—but you’ll need to dive to claim your reward!
